I'm considering changing ISP's over this very issue. I've been having a problem losing my connection. When I called the ISP, I had to go thru all those stupid menu's, only to finally talk to some "tech support person" who could barely speak English. Not only that, she sounded as though she were reading the responses to everything I said. I've never been so frustrated and ticked off in my life...........and the problem still isn't solved after 1.5 hours on the phone and a technician coming out. This could be a lifesaver!
